Registration Periods

  • Registration for programs and services closes once the designated registration period ends.
  • The last registration date is not the same as the program start date.
  • After the registration period ends, users may request to have the service reoffered based on availability.

Registration for Services and Programs

  • Users can register for available programs and services only during the registration period.
  • Upon registration, the status will be “Pending Payment,” meaning the seat is reserved but the registration is not confirmed.
  • Payment must be completed through the available methods to confirm registration.
  • If the registration period ends before payment is completed, the registration will be automatically canceled.
  • If seats are fully booked, users can register on a waitlist.
  • SMS notifications are sent to inform users of any changes in their registration status, and users can track their status through their control panel.

Payment, Pricing, and Discounts

  • Available payment methods include: electronic payment via credit cards, Mada cards, Apple Pay, or direct bank transfer.
  • The applicable price is the one at the time of payment, not at the time of registration.
  • Registration is confirmed immediately upon electronic payment.
  • For bank transfers, the registration status will be “Pending Approval” until manually verified by the administration.
  • Several types of discounts are available, including:
    • Early registration discount
    • Promotional event discounts
    • Group and partnership discounts
    • Special and membership discounts
  • All discounts have a set validity period, and payment must be completed within that period to benefit from them.
  • The system keeps a record of all discounts granted to users, whether used or not.
  • The administration reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount that has not yet been applied at the time of payment.
  • We do not store or have access to users’ credit card details; all transactions are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.

Refund Policy

  • Users are entitled to a refund if requested at least six business days before the program starts.
  • If the service cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, users are entitled to a full refund.
  • The amount paid can be transferred to another service or another user, provided that the request is made at least five days before the service starts.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the user fails to attend the program.
  • If a training session is postponed, the administration is committed to rescheduling it at a later date.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two weeks from the date of the refund request.

  • The administration reserves the right to postpone any program for up to two weeks with prior notice to registered participants.
  • Individual or group sessions may be postponed for up to three days when necessary.

Online Services and Programs

  • Users can access virtual session links via the service page.
  • Links are only active during the program period.
  • The administration reserves the right to change the training platform when necessary, and links will be automatically updated.
